Unit configuration:
One 40-foot container is transformed into a dormitory for 8-12 people, with an average area of ≥4.5㎡ per person (legal requirement).
Layered design: The lower floor is the living area (beds, lockers), and the upper floor can be expanded into a public activity area through a steel structure.
Environmental control:
Air conditioning + fresh air system is mandatory (temperature ≤26℃, humidity ≤60%).
Moisture-proof galvanized steel plate + rock wool insulation layer, adapted to tropical climate.
2. Community supporting facilities
Sanitary facilities: 1 centralized bathroom unit for every 10 rooms (independent compartment, 24-hour hot water).
Public areas: canteen, prayer room, gym, medical station.
Intelligent management: facial recognition access control, electricity consumption monitoring, full Wi-Fi coverage.
