• Elegant White Palette: The buildings feature a pure and elegant white primary color, creating a bright, professional, and energetic atmosphere.
• Glass Curtain Wall System: The facade utilizes a semi-hidden frame glass curtain wall design. This breaks the visual monotony of traditional "box-type" modular houses, significantly enhancing natural lighting and transparency while giving the architecture a light, modern rhythm.

• Smart Entrance: The entry area is equipped with an intelligent electric induction door system. This not only improves traffic efficiency but also highlights the project's high-tech identity through meticulous detail.
