Engineering design and technical features
1. Structural design
Module composition:
8 40-foot high cabinet containers (anti-corrosion coating) are spliced and divided into fire garages (4), command centers (2), equipment warehouses and dormitories (2).
The garage door is widened to 4.5 meters to accommodate the entry and exit of large fire trucks in the port.
Anti-corrosion treatment:
The box body is made of galvanized steel plate + anti-salt spray spray, and the joints are sealed with waterproof glue;
The pipeline uses 304 stainless steel, and the circuit system has an IP65 protection level.


2. Firefighting system adaptation
Seawater fire pump:
Directly extract port seawater for firefighting, equipped with dual pump redundancy system, with a head of 80 meters;
Fresh water flushing module to prevent equipment scaling.
Special firefighting equipment:
Additional foam firefighting system for port oil fires;
Warehouse area equipped with infrared thermal imaging monitoring for early warning.
